When I came into work this morning, little did I know that I would find an e-mail that would become breaking news for the day. The minute I saw it, I knew it was something that I had to post on the Disney Parks Blog. Besides, I couldn’t keep you in suspense for too long. Some of you have probably already scouted it out at Greetings From California in Disney California Adventure park, but if you haven’t had the chance to visit us just yet, hopefully this “sneak peek” will give you something to look for on your next visit – the new Disney California Adventure merchandise logo.

New Disney California Adventure Merchandise Logo

What I like most is that it features many of my favorite Disney characters, such as Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Goofy, and Pluto. They take part in some of the best things that Disney California Adventure park has to offer, from California Screamin’, Mickey’s Fun Wheel and Toy Story Mania! to recent additions such as Silly Symphony Swings and even the upcoming Goofy’s Sky School. There are so many fun elements to it, it’s hard to pick just one.

The new logo items are on store shelves and are bound to be a hit. I like to think of it as magic, action and fun, all rolled into one.

What do you think about the new Disney California Adventure merchandise logo?

  • fabulous. i love all things disney! wish i could live there 🙂

  • I like it and I’m glad that Disney California Adventure has more and more merchandise.

Although, I hate to say it — This is hardly breaking news. Merchandise with this design on it has been on sale at Disney California Adventure for at least a month if not more.

This seems weird that this would be breaking news to somebody in merchandise marketing.

  • Love the logo, but I’m baffled by the weird name change to “Disney” California Adventure, rather than “Disney’s.”

  • I LOVE this new logo for Disney California Adventure merchandise — it’s a well-designed and whimsical collage celebrating the best attractions in the Paradise Pier area. Last week, I already bought the new T-shirt, sweatshirt, travel mug, bag, toothpick holder and glass cup bearing this logo. Thank you, Disney, for creating more merchandise specifically and exclusively for Disney California Adventure. If you make it, I’ll buy it! Well, Disney California Adventure is my favorite Disney Park, after all.

  • Can’t wait to check out the new merchandise in person…I’ll be there soon!

  • I spy an OOPS! The inner gondola on the fun wheel on the right side of Mickey’s head was not filled in with color – you can see right through it!

  • Very nice. I’m not a fan of the Toy Story Midway Mania logo being bigger than the Disney California Adventure logo though. Unless this is for mostly for Midway Mania merchandise, it seems that the park is being out shined.

  • I love it! It’s so colorful and fun! We’ll be at the resort in June and I’m looking forward to seeing it in person.

  • How fun! I really like it. @#8 anon – my guess it that they just went with the pier theme vs. incorporating other themed areas of the park.

  • It’s a nice logo for Paradise Pier, but not for the park as a whole. It doesn’t feature anything out of that area. It would make more sense if the banner at the top said Paradise Pier instead of the park’s name.

  • absolutely love it…hope you’ve put it on hoodies, that’s what i’ll be looking for…..whoever designed it deserves a big bonus!!!!

  • Looks great! But no Grizzly Mountain or Tower of Terror? Perhaps on other posters? Still, nice lookin’!

  • I love the new logo! I’ll have to check it out while I’m there on Sunday!
@connie…The Goofy’s Sky school is just Mulholland Madness rethemed. As far as I know and have read…Goofy’s Barnstormer is staying at the Magic Kingdom and will be part of the circus themed area. They will just be rethemeing it to fit the new area! =0)

  • I really love it! I feel like we’re missing Ariels new ride though..

  • Very nice!

  • I like it, it’s cool…could “Goofy’s Sky School” be “Goofy’s Barnstormer” roller coaster that is being removed from WDW???

  • LOVE it! I wish we were going to be there sooner than November but I guess I’ll just have to wait.

  • This is a great logo and all, But What about the Tower of Terror or was there copyright issues about using the image?

  • I like the new logo, you really have to look twice and closely to find some of the other characters like Sebastian, Chip & Dale and even Woody. It’s fun and I’m bound to see something new everytime I look at the design.

So while your showing us this new mechendise, how about new merch for World of Color too????
