Valentine’s Day is exactly a week from today. This can be a stressful day or a fun day, as many of you know. Let’s make it the latter and aim for fun AND easy. Think of Downtown Disney as Cupid coming to your rescue. The entire Valentine’s Day weekend (Feb 12-14) is packed with plenty of romantic activities for you and your sweetie pie, beginning with dancing.
- Triple-step your way into your love’s heart to one, or all three swing bands that will be playing. Don’t worry if you can’t dance because swing dancers will be on hand to teach lessons.
- You can stare into your honey’s eyes over special Valentine’s Day menus at Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen or Catal. (Call 714-781-DINE to make reservations.)
- You can also surprise your schmoopy with a chauffeured pedicab ride and take a romantic drive throughout Downtown Disney.
- Make sure to stop at AMC Theater and see a special showing of West Side Story. It’s the perfect romantic setting for holding hands (Feb 11-Feb 17).
- Bonus: Parking is free for up to three hours, or up to five hours with validation from participating locations.
