  • Just had the worst service experience ever with Disneyland Hotel reservations staff. I have been coming to Disneyland since I was a little girl and have been several times with my own children over the past few years and we LOVE it. But for the amount of money paid to stay at the Disney Hotels the service should be of a much higher quality than what I received today (and I spoke to 3 different people, all rude and not helpful, so it wasn’t just 1 person).
