Yesterday, I spent my lunch hour at the Walt Disney World Nursery – aka “The Tree Farm,” seeking out photogenic plant life just for fun. Fall colors in most places are quite predictable but in Central Florida, there are endless possibilities available. I hope you enjoy this little noontime stroll as much as I did.

What a beautiful montage/video! Thank you for sharing with us this special and magical Disney location…
Years ago, Disney had the Disney Institute, where you could enroll in classes for photography, baking, horticulture – after seeing these pictures, I think they should consider re-opening the Institute! Thanks for the timely tour…..
Abosultely lovely, thank you for taking the time to show us all this loveliness!
Happy birthday Mickey on this beautiful Sept 19, 2011

Absolutely stunning photography as always. The richness of colour and the contrasting textures are so beautiful and the setting of each ‘subject’ just makes the pictures leap out of the screen. Lovely. Can’t wait to see it all for real next month. =)
Autumn at WDW is fantastic. (Though I love it any time of year.)
All those Coleus! A beautiful and varied plant, I’m always amazed at how many different ways Disney can use them around property! Great shoot!
I agree with Beth, it would be fun to Shadow you for a day or 10. lol Do you give photographic tours?
After moving to FL, one of the things I miss most is the Autumn season I used to experience in NY where I grew up. The colors of the trees were at the top of that list (along with the weather) every year, I take a WDW trip because Disney helps re-create this magic for me during my favorite time of year!! Thank you for this, makes me so much more excited that I’ll be arriving in just 17 days!
Gene, I’m pretty sure you have one of the *best* jobs in the world…would love the chance to shadow you for a day!
