I know it’s late in the week, but I keep thinking about the latest episode of my favorite television show, which airs Monday nights at 10:00 on ABC. What’s the name of it you ask? Well, you’ll just have to do a little detective work to find out. The great one-liners, catch phrases and puns that are delivered each week make for great entertainment, and who doesn’t love to solve a mystery?
So in that spirit, how about a few “es-scent-ial” clues to what you can expect during the month of October at one of the most hidden treasures in New Orleans Square at Disneyland park. Can you figure out which shop?
Clue #1 – If you take a moment to stop and smell the roses from October 7–9, you will be “scent-sationally” surprised. Some would call it ‘Pure Elegance’ – I call it Guerlain. You may even have the opportunity to “witness” local artist Pam Smith and her elegant bottle painting techniques.
Clue #2 – The nose always knows, so “sniff” out our next event and step into the world of Pucci. October 13-16, you will find a “magnifi-scent” selection of floral note fragrances including the newest fragrance, Miss Pucci Intense.
Clue #3 – If you’re looking to “acc-scent-uate” your wardrobe join us October 20–22 and let our L’Instant de Guerlain fragrance and special gift-with-purchase train case be your ticket aboard. We “suspect” this collection of men’s and women’s fragrances will be one of your favorites, sure to “capture” a frozen moment in time.
Clue #4 –The sophisticated elegance of Acqua di Parma will bring out your naturally “lumine-scent” personality. That’s why on October 27-31, you should gather up all of your “partners in crime” and stop in to try these simple, sophisticated & striking fragrances. You’ll receive a complimentary gift when you spend $50 or more.
Luckily, you don’t have to wait each week to find out what will be revealed – instead I’m giving you the clues above to solve the mystery of the “quinti-scent-ial” fragrance collections. If you figured out that all this is taking place at Mlle. Antoinette’s Parfumerie, then consider yourself a master sleuth.
Now that you have “all the facts” to complete your investigation and I’ve given you my two “scents,” have you figured out my favorite television show?

Hi Michelle. I know this is off topic to this post (I wish we could make comments on older posts, btw!), but I am in dire need of your help. My wife and I were married on Halloween 2010 and love The Haunted Mansion. When we were there in 2009, we saw the 40th Anniversary giclee by Imagineer Jeremy Fulton entitled Madame Leota Incantations at The Disney Gallery. We should have purchased a copy at the time, but we did not. Now, I am looking for a copy as a 1-Year Anniversary gift. Do you know where or how I can obtain a copy? My search is coming up with dead-ends! Don’t let me come up empty handed or I will probably become a permanent resident of the Mansion!! :/ Happy Haunts! Neil- PS. Castle Rocks!
The show you are talking about is Castle! I love that show, I am hooked on it. Get it, “Hook”ed LOL
My favorite show on Monday nights at 10pm too….CASTLE!
Thanks for the plea-scent heads up on your post. I was going to tell you I nose the answer. Mlle. Antoinette’s was the only place that made scents. See ya at the Castle!

That was great Scott!! Very, very clever. Hopefully you’ll be able to stop by Mlle. Antoinette’s Parfumerie sometime this month.
Love your post, and it’s Castle of course . Always enjoy these blogs.
Castle, of course! (Great show – one of my favorites, too!)
I figured it out just from “Mondays at 10 on ABC”. It’s Castle.
What a fun blog! And guess what? I don’t want to be the first to reveal your favorite show, but I love it, too!! Love the “hint” you gave above with the question mark icon. But back on track….I need some new perfume, too.
Elaine, you’re so funny. How can you not mention the best show ever! LOL! Thanks for letting other Disney Fans have a chance to guess too. Hope you are able to visit the Resort and take part in one of the events.
It’s Castle! I love that show and I’m reading “Naked Heat” right now.
Love the picture of the CASTLE….
I’m glad you liked it! I had so much fun writing this blog. Hope everyone enjoys it!
