Check out this video to see who stopped by to invite Chef Ming Tsai to this year’s Epcot International Food & Wine Festival at Walt Disney World Resort. Chef Tsai will be at the festival for just one day, Oct. 11, where he’ll do a cooking demonstration (in wader boots) in the Ocean Spray cranberry bog – yep, it’s being built at Epcot between the World Showcase bridge and the fountain stage just for the festival.
We met the chef at his award-winning Blue Ginger restaurant in Wellesley, Mass. Take a look – and if you ever are fortunate enough to dine there, be sure to order the delicate butterfish.
