Each registration will be valid for you and up to three other Annual Passholders, not including children under the age of 3. If your group has more than 4 people and multiple adults (over the age of 18), we recommend submitting enough RSVPs to accommodate your entire party size.

As a special “thank you,” the Disneyland Resort is inviting members of our Annual Passholder family to experience an exclusive evening of fun and magic in Disneyland park. Join us Wednesday, Oct. 12, or Monday, Oct. 17, from 8 p.m. until midnight for a special, private performance of Mickey’s Soundsational Parade featuring:
- An up-close look at the parade floats.
- Meet-and-greet photo opportunities with some favorite Disney Characters.
- The chance to enjoy select attractions, stores and restaurants in Tomorrowland, Fantasyland and Main Street, U.S.A.
Space is limited, so please RSVP now. To RSVP for you and up to three Annual Passholder guests, email Disney.Special.Activities.Event.Services@disney.com and follow these directions carefully:
- All guests who RSVP for the event must be 18 years or older and active Annual Passholders on the day of the event. Additionally, your guests must also be active Passholders on the day of the event, but do not need to be 18 years or older.
- Valid RSVPs must include:
- “RSVP” in the subject line
- In the body of the email:
- Your first and last name
Preferred date (i.e., October 12, October 17 or “either night”)- 18-digit AP barcode
- All RSVPs will be for the person who responded plus up to three guests.
- Incomplete RSVPs will not be accepted.
- Valid photo I.D. will be required at check-in.
We will send an email to those who send their valid RSVP before we reach capacity to confirm their attendance for October 12 or 17. Depending on your email settings, you may not receive the confirmation email, so we recommend that you also check the Disney Parks Blog to find the list of attendees. We will give an update at the top of this post that will include a link to the list of names of all confirmed attendees. If you do not receive an email from us confirming your reservation and your name does not appear on the list of attendees, your RSVP was not accepted.
Confirmed guests may arrive beginning at 12 p.m. to check in on the day of the event. Please note the event is subject to change or cancellation.
You must be at least 18 years old to RSVP for this event, but your guests may be younger. You and each of your guests (up to 3) must be a valid Annual Passholder on the day of the event. Valid Photo I.D. may be required at check-in. Each event date has limited capacity and is subject to availability. The event is subject to change or cancellation.

Took us going ALL of our friends and family—even the ones we don’t like—Facebook, totally random strangers on Twitter and then finally a trip to our local Starbucks, but we’re FINALLY down to just one invite left out of six. When can we expect to see the list for the 17th? I need to be able to request the time off work (assuming I was accepted), and being less than a week before the event, it’s making it hard to plan ahead for me AND my guests. Please help us out by giving us a heads up when to expect the list for the 17th.
I am getting concerned, I RSVP’d on the 3rd for either date and I still haven’t gotten anything in return to acknowledge it. I have checked my Spam folder and we aren’t on the 12th list. Wondering if the list for the 17th is going to be coming anytime soon?
Hi Erin! I haven’t received an email confirmation yet, either, and I confirmed (by calling the # you gave) that I am the only person with my name who RSVP’d. I checked my Junk Mail folder and it’s not there. Is this anything I should be concerned about? Thanks!
There seems to be alot of confusion and mixups in regards to who got what days.
Will there be in and out privileges once we are in the park for this event?
I have 2 open spots for the night of the 12! Im more than willing to have 2 check in with my group .i dont want those 2 open spots to go to waste when theres disney fans who didnt get a chance.
Hello, my husband name is on the list but my name is not and we have 3 kids, also another family that we are traveling with their name is on the list and they are a family of 4 so we are 9 total but for the party on october 12 I’ll be the only one in our party that is not going to be able to stay at the park 🙁 is there something I could do? I tried calling the service number and they didn’t know how to help me. Could you tell me what to do or give me a number to call?? Thank you
Can’t believe I missed this! We’re going on that day, I had no idea there was a special event for AP’s. Bummer, I’ve never been to a AP event. I’d love to be on a wait list for two please! 😉

Erin – Wondering a couple things here.
Not sure how their passes work, but are Cast Members eligible to go as guests of the invitees? We have a friend who works there that we’d like to invite, but not sure if he’s allowed to go or not.
Also, will you and the PR staff personally be working the event? If so, Samantha and wanted to meet you just for a minute to thank you in person and we’ll have a little something for you as a token of our appreciation for putting this event together. We’d just need to know approximately how many of you PR reps there’s going to be. Thanks!

Got my RSVP back : ) ONly, I asked for the 17th, but I got the 12th . . Don’t think I can make it. Did Disney make a mistake or did they just give me the 12th because the 17th was taken? Is it worth my time to call and be on hold for hours to try to switch?
I have been RSVP’d for this event on october 12th and I am 18 years old, but I read that my ID has to be government issued. I lost my ID and I’m waiting for my new one to come in. I do have my school IDs that have my birthdate on it. Would that still be allowed? I’m worried that I won’t be able to go, I really want to go to this event. I hope you are able to reply to this as soon as possible.

I received a confirmation today and will be attending. My husband would like to go and can meet up at 5 to check in, but has to leave for a meeting from 6-8…since he will have a wristband, can he enter the park on his own or does the whole group have to also enter the park together? In other words, are there in/out privileges as long as you have the wristband and your AP?

I see where the attendee list for Wednesday’s event is posted and it says Monday’s attendee list will be posted next week. I am flying down to DL early Tuesday morning and won’t have access to my work email. Will this list be posted on Monday?
I am so excited to be on the list! This will be my first AP event and I can’t wait! Erin, I emailed my RSVP on the 4th before the close of 10/12/11 event, I filled out my email as specified but my name is not on the list and I have not received any emails, not even an email stating that the event was full like a lot of people received. Is it possible that my email was overlooked even though it was received on time?

Yea I had a question, I sent in a RSVP that was accepted that only had my name in the RSVP. My Girlfriend who is also an Annual passholder should be able to attend as my guest no problem correct? I did not include her name in the email.
That is correct – your RSVP allows you to bring up to 3 Annual Passholder guests.
