Thanksgiving is only a few days away, and one of my family’s most beloved traditions is gathering together in the morning to watch the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade on television. With the holiday (and parade) on the way, I thought this was the perfect chance to launch our next Disney Parks Blog desktop wallpaper, which happens to feature one of the most beloved Disney parades of all time – the Main Street Electrical Parade!
This wallpaper is a tribute to the “Alice in Wonderland” section of the parade, which features Alice, the Cheshire Cat and Caterpillar, as well as the famous spinning turtle and snail from the parade.

Awesome! Thanks, I love using Disney Parks Blog wallpaper! I’m setting this one as mine right now!
We’re happy you like it!
I like this one, but would have loved a Muppet wallpaper to correspond to the new movie 🙂
Love the wallpaper. If you ever get the chance, go to NYC to watch the Macys parade. Our family is going there this year to watch it! 😀
I love the wall paper! Alice In Wonderland is my favorite =) Was great to see some AIW love!!
Adorable! Please keep these backgrounds coming!
Only a true Disney dork like me would notice this: The buildings outlined in the background are Main Street shops at Disneyland, Anaheim. From left to right, Disneyana, the Main Street Cinema, and the 20th Century Music Shop. It’s a shame there’s no Electrical Parade on the west coast!
Wow! Thank You! The MS Electrical Parade is just one of the many Disneyland things that I could have seen. It should be brought back.
Alice in Wonderland is my favorite animated movie! Besides Tink, Cheshire Cat is my favorite character. I’m thankful for this wallpaper. It will make me smile every time I log on…:)
We Want EEYORE!
I would love to see the Main Street Electrical Parade back at the west coast again. That parade is the icing on the cake when I go to Disneyland.
I heard that the Main Street Electrical Parade would return to the Disneyland Resort at California Adventure after all the construction is done. Could someone verify this??
