During the holiday season, more than 1,300 beautifully decorated Christmas trees are scattered throughout the Walt Disney World Resort. But at Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe at Magic Kingdom Park, it’s the guests who are the expert Christmas tree decorators.
Each day, one family is chosen to decorate the shop’s Magical Moments Christmas tree. Our friend Joan Peabody recently stopped by the shop to see the magic firsthand. Check it out.

My daughter did this back in 2009 and received an ornament that is hanging on our tree today! Her name was placed on the tree all day. What a WONDERFUL memory! Thanks, Disney!
