Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend presented by Cigna is here. For those of you first-timers running one of this weekend’s races – or both (there are 6,500 Goofy runners this year) – we’ve got a couple last minute tips before you “run Disney.”
Earlier today, we caught up with official runDisney training consultant, Jeff Galloway, a veteran of all 18 previous Walt Disney World Resort marathons, to glean some insight into nutrition and training leading up to your big event.
