  • I am looking forward to seeing the Fantasy Faire (and I happen to know two little girls who will be enthralled by it). 😉

I also heard a rumor that there will be a Beauty & the Beast ride. Can you confirm?

  • Friend–
I don’t think they have the room to put it within the castle area.

Its really not a big deal. This is not the first time that the Carnation Gardens stage area has seen changes. In the early ’90s there were a couple of Fantasy-inspired shows on the stage.

Walt Disney wanted Disneyland to change and evolve. Change is not necessarily a bad thing.

The Carnation Gardens area is shrouded by trees and is very near the castle. I doubt that its going to change the sight lines very much. Main Street will still be Main Street.

  • Hope they have decided to move Fantasy Fair within the Sleeping Beauty Castle kingdom walls, and leave Carnation Plaza Gardens as part of Walt’s Mainstreet Gardens experience.

  • We are heading to the parks for a 3 day trip Feb 15th through 17th. It’s our youngest’s first trip to Disneyland and DCA so we are most excited for her to experience everything for the first time! Can’t wait to see the look on her face as we run through the parks!

  • Hi! Cars Land sounds very cool. I’ll come from Europe in 2013!

  • Once all this is done Im planning my trip back to Disneyland and especially California Adventure. I still cant find a corndog anywhere as awesome as Corn Dog Castle. MMMMM i cant wait.

  • All very exciting stuff!

  • Will there be any announcement for future plans at the big opening this summer? Third Park? Re-Imagined Tomorrowland perhaps? Hmmmm…

  • I’m excited for it ALL! (Except Mad T Party. Would rather have no dance party thing.)
