I third Chip and Dale. Also, Wall-E and Eve, Lilo and Stitch, Marlin and Dory, Carl and Ellie, Mike and Sully, Kiara and Kovu (from The Lion King II: Simba’s Pride), Timon and Pumbaa, Tod and Copper (from The Fox and the Hound), Mr. Incredible and Elastigirl, and Quasimodo and Esmeralda. And Mickey and Minnie, of course….but also Mickey and Pluto.
Don’t be a spoilsport, Philip! Love is love, and it’s what makes Disney magical. 😀
Minni and Mickey. They are sooooooo kind, romantic, and loyal to each other.
Belle and the Beast! Their love is pure disney magic!!1
Mickey and Minnie
My favorite couples:
Princess Aurora/Prince Phillip
Princess Tiana/Prince Naveen
Mulan/Shang
Rapunzel/Flynn Ryder
Beast/Belle
Jasmine/Aladdin
Aladdin and Jasimine!!!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE Belle & Beast and they are definitely my favorite Romantic Couple!!! I also love Aurora & Phillip, Aladdin & Jasmine, Ariel & Prince Eric, and of course, Mickey & Minnie!! Oh let’s face it, I just LOVE all Disney couples! 🙂
Mickey & Minnie are my favourite Valentines!
By the way…..did you notice the squirrel making a cheeky appearance behind the lady in shot 4?!! =D
Chip & Dale don’t count, Benoit! Remember?
ROMANTIC boy/girl couples only.
Bernard & Bianca!
My choice goes to Chip & Dale
My favorite is Belle and Beast because she shows him, it’s not what’s on the outside that counts but what is in the inside.
To me,it is Rapunzel and Flynn Rider…they have that modern feel relationship, filled with love, humor and sarcasm…and they look so good together!
Mickey and Minnie followed closely by Pongo and Perdita. Just watched 101 Dalmations and almost forgot how much I love them.
My top three are:
Tiana and Naveen
Alladin and Jasmin
Belle and the Beast
Carl and Ellie – it doesn’t get any better than that!
I’ll take Jessie and Buzz. Especially after that great dance in toy story 3!
Mickey and Minnie!! Classic love <3
A close second: Rapunzel and Flynn. They remind me so much of my fiance and me. Best friends and true love!
While my own favorite is still Aladdin & Jasmine…I feel a sense of duty that SOMEBODY has to mention the Toy soldier and the Ballerina from “Fantasia 2000”. 🙂
(And what about Pongo & Perdita? Milo & Kida? Thumper and Ms. Bunny? And those two lonelyhearts centaurs from the first Fantasia, Brutus & Melinda?)
Duffy & ShellieMay!!!!! Duffy is very sad waiting for his girlfriend. Please bring ShellieMay to the US so they can be together!
Rapunzel and Flynn, Pocahontas and John Smith.
Keep the evenly matched couples coming!
Sorry Benjamin and Elizabeth, but Chip & Dale and Lilo & Stitch don’t count.
Anyway, some of my favorite Disney couples (many of them often overlooked and should’ve been listed here) are:
-Pocahontas & John Smith
-Horace Horsecollar & Clarabelle Cow
-Oswald & Ortensia
-WALL-E & EVE
-Woody & Bo Peep
-Roger Rabbit & Jessica Rabbit
-Hercules & Meg
-Tarzan & Jane
-Mulan & Shang
-Kim Possible & Ron Stoppable
The Beast and Belle: There is no better love story than the story of a tortured soul being rescued by an innocent, and pure heart.
Belle and the Beast!
No contest: Rapunzel and Flynn Rider!
Aurora and Prince Phillip! Love toward the end of the movie when she wakes up from loves first kiss! It’s the epitome of a happy ending!!
Where’s Snow White? 🙂
On the list I’d have to go for Aurora and Prince Phillip, for the same reason Jacqueline cited.
Daisy and Donald!
Belle and the Beast, hands down! Tale as old as time!
Mickey and Minnie are my fun-loving couple 🙂
and Belle and Beast are my romantic couple 🙂
I know it is not very traditional but WALL-E and EVE. Even robots can have love too.
Donald & Daisy for sure!
Mickey & Minnie!
My favourite couple is Rapunzel and Flynn Rider/Eugene Fitzherbert. 😀
They’ve got one of the more complicated, developed love stories which is why they’re my favourite – it’s not just love at first sight, it’s more like ‘love at first journey’.
Rapunzel and Eugene! especially in the parks because they have them together.
Aurora and Philip, no doubt about it. Nothing more romantic than their story, hence the castle at the first Magic Kingdom. <3
My vote is Belle and the Beast 🙂
My vote goes for Chip and Dale.
What about Lilo & Stitch?! Love doesn’t have to be romantic love!
And I agree with Aydin…The Princess and the Frog is a FABULOUS FILM!! I watch it all the time and have the soundtrack on my phone.
Carl and Ellie. Their love is one we can all truly hope for.
Out of that list Aladdin & Jasmine. That’s a stronger female than many of the Disney leading ladies- more compromise!
It’s not on the list, but Walt and Lillian. They are and should always be the standard that all Disney couples are modeled after.
Thats a really hard one. But because I love dogs so much I will have to go with Lady and Tramp. My other favorites are Aladdin and Jasmine, Mickey and Minnie, and then one that isn’t on the list Rapunzel and Flynn. (they would be my absolute favorite)
Will and Elizabeth from the Pirates movies.
Definitely Mickey and Minnie!!!!
As much as i love the Mickey/Minnie, Donald/Daisy combo, i gotta give some love to Wall-E and Eve! i never thought i’d cry during a robot movie!
Tiana and Prince Naveen.
What an overlooked movie! When people tell me how much they loved Tangled, I get frustrated when they tell me that they haven’t seen The Princess And The Frog yet. In my opinion, it’s a far superior Disney film! If you – or a loved one – hasn’t seen it yet, I can’t think of a better way to spend Valentine’s Day!
Lady and Tramp. We watch the movie every year on our anniversary, and we just came back from my wife and 5-year-old’s first Disney vacation, and my first trip back in 12 years, when we stayed at Pop Century’s 50s Building. Yep, right next to Lady! The Cast Member was great, and as soon as we told her it was my wife’s first time, that it was our favorite movie and that we’d be celebrating our anniversary the next day, they went above and beyond to place us very near the figures!
My favorite Disney couple is Mickey & Minnie… They always honest & romantic…
