We kicked off the week with some news that perked up many Disney Parks Blog readers – Starbucks is coming! In June, the first of six planned Starbucks locations is scheduled to open at Disney California Adventure park. And more locations are planned at Disneyland park and Walt Disney World Resort (Magic Kingdom Park, Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disney’s Animal Kingdom). And did you see that castle image? We shared a sneak peek at one new scene that’ll appear in the summer version of “The Magic, The Memories, and You!” nighttime show at Magic Kingdom Park. During the show, Cinderella Castle turns into a giant sandcastle. The summer version of the show begins May 25.

    Starbucks has great coffee, but when I’m on Disney property I want all things Mickeyfied; bringing in other stuff decreases the magic.
