  • We are from Brazil and we’ll be in WDW 06 to 17 December. Will be possible go the new attractions planned for this year end?

  • When will the LAST of the Construction be done? I am coming in 2013– but now may have to come back in 2014 as well!! Coaster “R” by thing– and I can’t wait for the Mine Ride!

  • Thanks for all of your updates. As WDW has stated that the “second phase” of Fantasy Land is opening for the holiday season, can you elaborate at all on when the “holiday season” begins?

  • Hi! We are scheduled to be in disney august 18-25, 2012 and hope to see some of the new attractions. My friend just came back this past Sunday and she said that she didn’t think Goofys barn stormer was open yet, when will it be open officially? It is my littles ones FAVORITE ride! Thanks for answering all our questions!

  • wow cant wait to see all the new stuff when you say this holiday season what dates do you really mean exactly

  • I will keep an eye out for the new on the BOG. We booked for end of Sept hoping the rest would be open then. When we were looking into reservations for dinners. We were told that BOG reservations would only be 60 days out to start and that they were looking at end of Jun/July, which would put opening in Sept. I can only hope and keep fingers crossed that the original estimates of finsh are right and at least soft openings are there when we get there.
Thanks for all the updates, I will keep watching your blog.

  • This is great news…my family and I were fortunate enough to visit Disney World last year in Septmeber and hope to return again next year during the holidays. My son Hunter who is 3 1/2 helps save money for the trip by crushing cans at the local grocery store and helpfully reminding other members of the family when they are wasting precious “Mickey Money” when they leave lights on by accident. We look at pictures from our trip and on the website longing to come again soon. Jennifer can you tell me what the height requirements are for the new rides. I would love to tell my son about the new areas the park is openings but I would hate to tease him with something he may not even be able to go on. I have pictures of some of the areas that were being worked on from our last trip and I have told Hunter that Mickey is making fun new things for us to explore on our next trip. having the height requirements I ahve learned is a great way to get him to eat his food. We remind him that if he does nto eat it he can not get big and strong to go on the rides. Thanks for the update and we are anxiously awaiting more news soon.

  • Thanks so much for posting! On our last visit (2011) we saw that there would be an expansion. Now I’m super excited to see all the fun things that will be there when we return (2015)!

  • I am making our ADRs tomorrow for our Oct. 30th arrival…I assume that Be Our Guest will not show up in the reservation system yet. In the case that it opens by the first week of November, will it be later available for ADRs?

  • We go to WDW every other year! This year my husband and I will be celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary and what better way to celebrate it than to eat at the most romantic place Disney Imagineers have brought to life?!?! I keep watching EVERY day to see when the announcement for Be Our Guest will open!! As soon as I know, I’m sure I’ll be one of many to make reservations!! As usual, AWESOME job Imagineers!!!! And thank you for bringing one of Walt’s most treasured stories to life!
