“The

Blue Sky Cellar at Disney California Adventure park will host a brand-new exhibit: The Radiator Springs Historical Society’s Museum of the History of Radiator Springs. This is your chance to learn all about the history of Radiator Springs as we get ready for the arrival of its famous residents in Cars Land on June 15!

According to Sally Carerra, president of the Radiator Springs Historical Society, “The items in this museum have been kindly donated by dear friends and neighbors, the residents of Radiator Springs.” So be sure to stop by Blue Sky Cellar for your Radiator Springs history lesson before you motor around the corner to Cars Land!

  • Thank goodness for something new opening before June 15th. We are traveling there in the next few days and will miss the big opening, so at least we can have this consolation prize. Looking forward to seeing.

  • Perhaps this has been asked before: I always love visiting the Blue Sky Cellar and seeing the videos of work going on at the parks. For those who can’t visit, are those videos available online? Or can they be placed online, as at the DisneyParks YouTube channel?

  • Very cool! I’m looking forward to seeing this.

    Allan–
Only one Blue Sky Cellar video is available on the DisneyParks YouTube channel right now. As I recall, its the very first video that the Blue Sky Cellar ever had. You can find it if you search for the title “Blue Sky Cellar Version 1.0”

  • OMG it is allmost here next week is opening of carsland i cant wait

    • Me too, Brett!

  • Hi Erin, I’m just curious about something. Is the building between the Jamboree and the Cozy Cone, is that part of the show? The new website content (awesome, BTW, especially if you listen to the radio), doesn’t show anything, but I’m just wondering what it is, queue for the Jamboree?. I look forward to seeing the whole place in person, I’m just not sure how soon that might happen.

  • How long will this exhibit be on display??? Will it extend beyond June 15th? Thanks.

  • So happy to hear this. I love the Blue Sky Cellar and hope it continues to introduce us to upcoming and ongoing projects at Disneyland for many years to come.
