It’s a simple, round face that’s not difficult to spot but certainly easy to miss tucked in lush vegetation somewhere at Disney Parks. Let us know if you’ve seen it before. That’s it, this week’s mystery image can be found at Disney’s Polynesian Resort. It’s right there at the entrance of the resort, around plants and behind a stone. And if you’ve never visited, the resort is located right across the Seven Seas Lagoon from Magic Kingdom Park.

By the tiki room?
Not sure if I remember seeing it, but I would guess Disney’s Polynesian Resort, even if it were just for that last photo seeing it in its surroundings!
Polynesian resort
There is nothing like the Polynesian Resort. I stayed there several times while growing up and the decore and the smell of the lobby are indelibly inked into my memory. Each time we go back to WDW we have to make at least one “pilgrimage” to the Polynesian, sometimes to eat, and sometimes just to take in the sights and the smells. Can’t wait to get back there in a couple of months!

I was struck while walking into the lobby, in the Disney’s Polynesian Resort, and I looked to my right and took this picture. The essence of the resort was right there in the frame.
It’s tropical and reminiscent of the tiki culture of the 50′s. I love the theming of this classic resort
