  • Hi. Texting ALIVE to DISNEY is not working.

  • That keyword doesn’t seem to be working on mobile at the moment….

    • Thanks for the heads-up, Melissa and David. I’ll see if I can find out what the problem is.

    • The issue with mobile entries has been resolved and the system is now accepting sweepstakes entries again. Thanks for your patience!

  • ALIVE and FRANKENWEENIE both work now

  • Looks like the magic text phrase is Frankenweenie. 🙂

  • Same here, it doesn’t recognize the key word when you text and the ‘enter now’ button on the website doesn’t go anywhere.

  • Is Muppet Vision going to be showing during the Frankenweenie expo?

  • If you go to the sweepstakes website it says to text FRANKENWEENIE. I know I texted ALIVE 3x.

  • Frankenweenie it is! Alive did not work for me.

  • Not only could I not get the text of “ALIVE” to work, but every time I click on the “Enter Now” button on the website – the screen goes black and nothing comes up except for the music. AARGH this is becoming a true tribute to Tim Burton’s work. It is rapidly becoming a “Nightmare Before Frankenweenie”! 😉

  • Like Jen, FRANKENWEENIE worked, ALIVE didn’t

  • Hello! I logged in through the website and it tells me there is a “communications error.” Just thought I’d ask if this is a problem on my end or yours…Thanks!

  • I tried to enter August 30 on the website and when I log in I am given a Communications Error message, please try again later.

  • I’m sure not having much luck with this sweepstakes, after 2 days of trying. Texting FRANKENWEENIE doesn’t work, ALIVE of course was not it, and trying to enter through the Web page gets me a “There has been a communications error. Please try again.” after I put in my account and password. The last might be a Mac thing–Disney web pages are not very cross-platform friendly–but I’m getting frustrated about missing some chances at the trip to Disneyland!

  • Texted Alive to Disney. No problems.

  • Each time I try to enter on the computer it says there has been “a communications error”.

  • My husband gets the “communications error” on his desktop. On the laptop, my screen goes black after I enter my username and password. We are using OSX and Safari, but we got the same black screen in IE, too. So neither of us knows if our entries are being received.
I did contact Help & Guest Services twice, but have not received an answer. Erin, can you ask someone to look into this? Thank you!
