  • I have already picked out where I will propose to my future fiance. The wishing well at Magic Kingdom off to the side of the Castle. Its off to the side, quiet and peaceful, beautiful, and a great place. UNLESS the moment takes over and Ill propose to her right then and there in front of the castle for the world to see LOL

  • I proposed at Animal Kingdom Park in January of 2010. While my now fiancé thought we were just having a caricature of us drawn in front of the tree, it was really a caricature of me proposing.

  • My husband proposed to me just after the “Dream Along with Mickey” show in front of Cinderella castle, at the point where the trolley tracks merge. We always snap a Photopass picture there every visit now. This spot in the Magic Kingdom was the perfect place for an engagement, so magical with the fireworks going off, and I was totally surprised! We also loved our Disney Wedding in the beautiful Wedding Pavilion out in the Seven Seas lagoon, with a reception at the Boardwalk. (Our guests still rave about it!) We never have regrets with Disney, and we always leave with wonderful memories.

  • I saw a video on Youtube with Push the Trashcan helping with a proposal at the Magic Kingdom. That was a very cool proposal. (I also saw one a few years ago with 2 folks that were performers in the Beauty and the Beast stage show, and the guy worked with the stage manager to find a way to do it at the end of one of the shows, with guests still in the theater)

  • Met my wife at Disneyland while working at Tour Guides (’89). When it was time to get engaged, there really was only one place that made sense — “the Park”. I proposed at the wishing well which was nearly perfect. People around us didn’t realize what was happening, then as she accepted the proposal and we embraced, I heard someone say, “I think they just got engaged!” and a few people congratulated us. If you are planning on getting engaged in the park, I do recommend doing it late in the evening when there’s less hub-bub and it’s easier to grab a private moment. I got her to walk over to the well around 5pm and there weren’t many people around because they were watching the parade but as I was about to start my little speech and get to one knee, the parade ended and people began swarming. It wasn’t as perfect as it could have been because I felt rushed. Nevertheless, it’s a great story to tell the kids.

  • I actually had Mickey himself propose to my wife on my behalf (because, you know, who could turn down Mickey Mouse?!) by presenting her with a very special autograph book with the question already written in it! We were at Chef Mickey’s restaurant and the WDW employees truly went above and beyond my wildest dreams to make that moment truly spectacular! We finished our food and then enjoyed an evening dessert at Tony’s Town Square restaurant, purchased an engraved Cinderella slipper, and enjoyed some fireworks! We’ve now been married for 12 1/2 glorious years and are very much looking forward to taking our three children with us on a return trip in less than a month… can’t wait!

  • I proposed to my wife in 2003 before the Beauty and the Beast stage show at Hollywood Studios. The old preshow group “Four for a Dollar” (Return to Zero off property, love and miss those guys) helped arrange everything. I chose this show as Beauty and the Beast has always been my wife’s favorite movie and we always loved the preshow. It was nerve-wracking in front of all those people, but we’ve been married 8 years!

  • Husband proposed in front of the Castle on 1 knee on my birthday in 2009 and during our engagement photos at the Disneyland Resort he also got on 1 knee in front of the Snow White Wishing well. Both times I cried and said YES….But after he proposed the 1st time in front of the Castle since it was my birthday he made the day/night even more special lunch at the Blue Bayou and had a nice romantic dinner at the Wine Country Trattoria so we could see the World of Color show to top off the night. Can’t ask for anyone more special than that….And for our 10 anniversary we are renewing our vows there at the Resort with all the trimmings…Can’t wait

  • I proposed on the bow of the Mark Twain to my soon to be wife (wedding is this weekend), we both had a very strong connection moment during Fantasmic (princess’s on floats part) and at that moment I knew I wanted to spend the rest of my life with her and she to me. So one day while riding the Mark Twain, as she was distracted looking at the horse in the Indian village, I dug out the ring box and dropped to a knee before she turned around to see me asking her to marry her.

  • i proposed to my wife in March at the pavilion on the water by the rose garden. She had an idea it was coming on that trip, but didn’t know when or where. She later told me that is exactly where she wanted it to happen at.
