Disney Channel Star Caroline Sunshine Participates in CHOC Walk at the Disneyland Resort Sunday, October 14

What will you be doing this Sunday, October 14? Orange County resident and Disney Channel star Caroline Sunshine will be at the 22nd Annual CHOC Walk in the Park at the Disneyland Resort!

Sunshine will kick off the festivities and join thousands of walkers in support of CHOC Children’s (Children’s Hospital of Orange County). For the first time ever, the walk will start in the newly reimagined Disney California Adventure park, at Carthay Circle on Buena Vista Street! The 5K takes walkers through Disneyland and Disney California Adventure parks and concludes at Downtown Disney District. Be sure to stop into Studio Disney 365 after the walk to get Caroline Sunshine’s autograph!

Opening ceremony festivities begin at 6:40 a.m. and the walk starts at 7 a.m. Since its inception, the event has raised $19 million for health care programs, education and research at CHOC. For more information or to register, visit www.chocwalk.org.

We hope to see you there!

  • I’ll be there! This will be my 1st time doing the CHOC walk, but I’m looking forward to the smiling faces at Disneyland! I even talked my friend into walking with me..so we both are 1st timers 🙂

  • I’ll be there! This will be my 1st time doing this walk, looking forward to seeing all the Disney happy faces!

  • Can’t wait for my second CHOC Walk! I was born with Spina bifida and grew up going to Children’s Hospital Los Angeles as a child, and while I know they’re both two separate organizations, anything I can do to help out children in need, count me in! If you see a short little white guy hobbling his way through the route with an “I Owe My Life to Children’s Hospital” sign, that’d be me. Feel free to say hi.
