  • thanks for all your hard work!! i love checking in and coming back from the parks to find a lovely room with fresh linens. they always feel clean and do not stink. i am happy to learn that Disney is a green company as this procedure uses a lot of water.

  • Thanks for everything you do, Rosalba! It’s cool to see the behind the scenes of how all of this works!

  • Great post, Kevin! “Every Role” is a wonderful part of the blog! It is a treat to see what goes on behind the scenes of our favorite destination.

When we visit the Park it is easy to take for granted all the details that must be handled to make our visits magical. The staff at the Park’s hotels work in a variety of jobs that are easy to overlook. Where would we be without Rosalba and her hardworking crew???

A tip of the hat to this nice lady and a big THANK YOU for all that you do to make our stay enjoyable!

  • Love this series on the blog. A little story about how the lovely people in the laundry department made my day as a little girl… I left my blankie in the sheets when we went out to the park and it got taken to the laundry. We didn’t realize it until it was time to go to sleep that night and it was no where to be found. We called down to the front desk to see if it was possible to find it. They said since all the laundry is processed in one place (or was back then) they wouldn’t be able to find it that night, but they would let someone know and they took down my address since we were leaving the next day. A week later a little box showed up on my front porch with a sweet note. My blankie had been found! It’s the little things that make Disney so magical!
