I recently visited the Morocco Pavilion at Epcot, and took in the many vibrant colors and textures while strolling through its open marketplace. Exquisite handmade jewelry, magnificent fabrics and carpets, all the while enjoying the alluring aromas of nearby Restaurant Marrakesh, Morocco is one of those truly exotic locations that springs to life inside Epcot and encourages one to slow down, and savor the details.

I always hear stories that the king of Morocco was more enthusiastic about having an Epcot pavilion than any other country, and really sweated the details on the landmark scenery–It definitely shows.
I recommend staying around to take a look, especially when MoRockin’ happens to be playing.
My brother-in-law is from Morocco and the EPCOT pavillion looks exactly like some the photographs he has shown of his homeland. A truely great area to sit by a fountain in the shade, relax and soak in the environment!
Thank you for you review. We have a dinner reservatin at Marrakesh for Dec 28th. Cannot wait.
My friends had their wedding there a few years back. I have enjoyed it every time I go there. Now that I have been to Egypt a couple years ago, and gone back to Epcot a couple times since then, it reminds me so much of that part of the world.
I always enjoy your beautiful shots, and Morocco is my favorite World Showcase pavilion. Thank you!
