The holidays around Walt Disney World Resort in the 1980s were a lot like they are today.
Trimming the tree? Almost there.
Powering up the holiday lights? Done.
If only I had a few Disney friends on hand to help me with all my holiday chores. I’m sure Daisy would make the perfect personal shopper.

Wait…are we calling the 1980s “vintage” now. Oh no….time couldn’t have gone by that quickly…
Do you have any of the Candlelight Processional from when it was held at the Magic Kingdom (rather than EPCOT Center) in front of (or I guess technically the back of) the Main Street Train Station? I remember those as a kid…and that’s when/where the tradition of going to see it every year started for my family.
I might have to make that photo of Pluto my new phone background, because it’s brilliant!
