First stop, Key West!
There’s no better view of Key West than from the deck of the Disney Wonder! This was the perfect first stop to an awesome vacation. Filled with history, shopping and unique restaurants, there’s no way you can’t have fun in this charming town.
One of the best ways to discover all of the must-see historical landmarks is on the trolley or train tour. Here are some of the highlights:
Audubon House and Gardens
Fun fact: The Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum is home to about 40-50 six-toed cats. Here’s one of the
cute kities I found sleeping on a bed.
Second stop, Nassau!
In this Bahamian town, you can choose from a number of thrilling port adventures or hit the unique straw market and socialize with the people who know the island best.
Searching for hand-crafted jewelry and one-of-a kind souvenirs? This is where you’ll find it! I was digging the hat selections, and I even tried out a new hairstyle!
Or if you feel like getting the inside scoop, hang out with some new friends…
Last, but certainly not least, Castaway Cay! What can I say, Castaway Cay never disappoints.
If you’re looking for excitement, Disney Cruise Line offers fun activities the whole family can enjoy such as parasailing, kayaking and paddle boating. Here I am with a couple friends, just living the dream! Look at that crystal blue shoreline!
And if you want to have as much fun as this kid, Spring-a-Leak, with pop jets, geysers and bubblers, is the place to be on Castaway Cay.
Whether your family seeks adventure, historic enrichment or relaxation, this Disney cruise itinerary from Miami has it all.
Now, who is ready to set sail to these awesome places? I think I need to go again.
Until next time, bon voyage my friends!
