Maurice’s Treats Coming to Fantasy Faire at Disneyland Park

The new Fantasy Faire, opening March 12, is home to Disney royalty, but it’s also home to delicious new treats – our favorite is the flaky, crisp strawberry or chocolate twist that’s perfect for sharing and strolling through this new corner of Fantasyland in Disneyland park.

Maurice’s Treats (named for Belle’s father from “Beauty and the Beast”) is an adorable new food cart in Fantasy Faire that offers the sweet twists ($3.49), as well as a savory cheddar garlic bagel twist ($4.19). Pair any with a Boysen Apple Freeze made with frozen apple juice, a hint of wild berry and topped with passion fruit foam that’s served in a 16-ounce cup ($4.69) or a keepsake goblet or stein ($9.99).

  • Those new treats sure do look tasty. Will this separate from Troubador Tavern? Do you know when Troubador Tavern will be re-opening and if the menu will be staying the same? Thanks.

    • Lauren – Troubadour Tavern will reopen this summer at Fantasyland Theatre. Maurice’s Treats is the new food location within Fantasy Faire, which is located next to Sleeping Beauty Castle.

  • We need the Pork Shank at DLR 🙂

  • I’m looking forward to trying those bread twists.

  • YAY! So pleased to see these new food offerings at Fantasy Faire. The twists will be a welcome change from churros. The goblet and stein are pretty cool, too!

  • Must. have. everything. here.

Also, I was wondering the same thing about Troubador Tavern. That was one of my favorite spots to eat. I hope you’ll continue to have the Tavern open and, if you do, please let it still have potatoes. Those potatoes were SOOOOO good!

  • Is the apple freeze the same as LeFou brew at Gaston’s tavern? I sampled it during the preview last fall. It was scrumptious!

  • Those twists look SO yummy!! I can’t wait for Fantasy Faire to open…it was time for a new “Land” to open! 🙂

  • Will annual passholders get a preview before the launch on March 12?
