  • My niece’s two favorite shows. I can’t wait to take her. She’s already excited to go to Disneyland. This is the icing on the cake!

  • I saw that this is also at Hollywood Studios in Disneyworld now as well. I wanted to ask though, does that mean that Handy Manny live on stage is no more?

    • Marc – That’s correct. We periodically update Disney Junior – Live on Stage! to include the most current and popular series from the Disney Junior channel on TV. The show features three segments, framed up by a story with the “Mickey Mouse Clubhouse” gang. With this latest update, “Doc McStuffins” and “Sofia the First” joined “Jake and the Never Land Pirates” and replaced segments with “Little Einsteins” and “Handy Manny.”

  • While I love the idea of adding the new shows (they are really cute) but I have a 4 year old boy and so it would have been nice to add like Octonauts or something else with boys in mind. I’m sure he will enjoy the show regardless but all the new things seem to be centered around the princesses so I was hoping Handy Manny would have remained. I know we will have a great time in June however! Cars Land looks spectacular!

    • Sharon – No worries! Between “Jake and the Never Land Pirates” and “Mickey Mouse Clubhouse” – not to mention all the fun, interactive special effects – your son is sure to love it. I have twin boys myself, and they really enjoyed this version of Disney Junior – Live on Stage! when I took them to see it in Florida.

  • We don’t yet have kids, but I am very glad to see Disney’s Sophia the First both on her show and in the parks. I think that StF helps teach children important lifelong lessons in a way that’s fun and engaging. And adding another great edition to Disney’s Pantheon of Princesses is fantastic too!

  • The new show is amazing. My 18-month old was mesmerized through the whole thing. Her favorite part was the interactive bit from Jake & the Never Land Pirates. Kudos to the team that imagined the new show, fantastic work as always!

  • Wish i would have known when I was in disneyland march 25th Sofia would of made my toddler happy and would of made me cry…

  • Thanks Shawn and everyone else – we are super excited and I know we will love the show and all of Disneyland. We’ve been to WDW several times and it will be our first trip to California. I know it will be very special!
