All week long, some long-lost Disney friends have been visiting Big Thunder Ranch Jamboree at Disneyland park as part of “Limited Time Magic.” I don’t know about you, but I’ve already spent some quality time with Scrooge McDuck, Ludwig Von Drake and my favorite fairies, Flora, Fauna and Merryweather. Take a look at the video below to see some of the long-lost Disney friends you will find through April 14 at this special, limited-time event.

Have you visited with these long-lost Disney friends? Who was your favorite? Tell us in the comments!

  • We had so much fun! And thank you for including us! That is my daughter with Mulan & Mushu

  • Wait, did I miss something here? Since when did Peter Pan become a long lost friend? I am sure I am not the first to be asking this. I swear he is always at the park. They even had a ride after him. Not to mention the Blu-Ray release of Peter Pan was released not even a year ago! Someone please fill me in on this.

  • So cool! My kids got excited watching the video and naming who they saw. They’re already getting their autograph books read. 🙂

  • Such a fun day!!!! We had a great time this week! Thank you Disney!! 🙂

  • It’s so weird they call some of these long lost characters because I know some of them are regulars at WDW, but vice versa their “long lost characters” are regular at Disneyland. It’s great to see some of them though. I didn’t know Pocahontas became “long lost!” I guess she is one forgotten Disney Princess. I thoguht Mulan makes regular appearances also at Fantasy faire…but maybe her alter ego “ping” is long lost?

  • SOOOO Glad I’ve gotten my pic with EVERY Single one of these guys!! The video was a fun trip down memory lane! 🙂

  • I was there on Wed. and I love meeting the 3 Good Fairies the most in fact I when back for them twice. It was to bad that I didn’t get to see the Pocahontas group cause I never have had met John Smith before the others I’ve have. I also which I could of gotten there autographs in my book I only had 5 more character to fill my book but they wouldn’t let you get any autographs but the ones they made themselfs already. Anyways I do to which that this was more then one week. I also which the 3 good fairies be reg characters like how Fairy Godmother is they could be by the castle all the time.

  • Scrooge McDuck & Ludwig Von Drake! I would absolutely love to have a picture taken with them! They are my two most favorite duck characters! =D

  • I loved that video! I wish I could come see some if them, but I’m stuck on the East coast:(

  • So bummed I’m not there this week! I would have LOVED to get autographs from all of these long lost characters for my book. Maybe I’ll get lucky and you’ll consider bringing them back throughout the year!

  • Would love for this to happen more times a year! Or have long lost friends happen year round with select characters from certain films each week or something!

  • I went on Tuesday and it was so much time. It would be wonderful if Disneyland brought back long lost friends a few (or, at least, a couple) times a year. Not only do the guests seem so happy to see these friends, but the characters also seem so happy as well. It’s great fun! I’m planning to go back tomorrow morning! 😀

  • Seeing Robin Hood in this video reminds me of our honeymoon at Disney in 2001. We have a photo of us with Robin Hood in the Magic Kingdom. Wonderful memories.

  • Love this! My favorite has always been Peter Pan and Robin Hood!! Well really all of them! How can you pick just one?! 🙂 Wish I could see all my long-lost childhood pals! Give them all a hug for me!

  • So jealous! Hope we get some more long lost friends at WDW! I would have loved the fairies, Pocahontas characters, and Hunchback characters! Especially the Hunchback ones! I think the two characters I want to meet more than any others though are Hercules and Meg! My favorite Disney movie of all time is Hercules 🙂

  • I can’t believe Lilo and Stitch are Long-Lost now! My family and I met them on our trip to Disney World in 2011!

  • What a CUTE video. So glad I was able to make it out yesterday. It was a fun time. The best limited time magic event yet. Thank you.
