Putting More ‘Room’ in Staterooms on the Disney Magic

If you’ve ever cruised with Disney Cruise Line, you know that all of our staterooms are designed with families in mind. We know that traveling families always need more space, so features are included in each room to provide more usable space, like the split-bath feature that Disney introduced to the cruise industry.

When the Disney Magic relaunches this October, guests will see changes that make the staterooms even more family friendly. Take a look at this video to hear about some of these enhancements and get a glimpse at the refreshed art deco-inspired design of the staterooms and suites on the Disney Magic.

  • I LOVE the mattresses on the Dream and Fantasy – glad they are coming to the Magic. When we were shopping for a new mattress last year I tried to find something as comfortable as the ones on the ships!

  • So this all looks really great – with one exception. Does this mean that there will be no rooms with split beds? This is going to be problematic for some folks (including myself). Hopefully there will still be some staterooms that keep the split bed option.

  • I travel with just my husband in our cabin, but I looove the larger family suite. It’s so nice to have that extra space to be able to stretch out. Can’t wait to see the new Magic and try the Aquadunk.

  • I am so excited about this! With all the talk of refurbishing entertainment areas, I was wondering if the staterooms would get overlooked. Very glad to hear the linens will be refreshed and the rooms modernized to look more like their Dream and Fantasy counterparts!
