Hoʻolauleʻa – a celebration – took over the lagoon fronting Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa on Sunday, as the final night of the 2013 Hawai`i Food & Wine Festival took to the sand with world-famous chefs providing a culinary tour of ethnic foods from around the globe.
The list included Napa Rose Chef Andrew Sutton and Aulaniʻs own Chef Kevin Chong. The event, led by Hawai`i chefs Roy Yamaguchi and Alan Wong, was an evening of friends and fun. The amazing night under the moon and stars included an endless sampling of food and wine, with a finale of fireworks across the sky.
