The debut of Princess Fairytale Hall is finally here!
The new character greeting location for Cinderella and Rapunzel (as well as their princess friends) officially opened its doors earlier this morning. According to the hall’s storyline, Princess Fairytale Hall is a gift from the King to Cinderella, and acts as a place where she and other princesses can greet subjects. Here, guests can choose to meet either Cinderella and a visiting princess, or Rapunzel and a visiting princess. (The easiest way to tell which princesses will appear at the hall on the day of your vacation is to check the My Disney Experience app or pick up a Times Guide on the way into the park.)
If you’re looking for a FASTPASS for Princess Fairytale Hall, head to the distribution center near Peter Pan’s Flight. FastPass+ is also now an option for this location.
Be sure to check out our photo gallery of the hall’s exquisite details, as well as the reactions of some of the hall’s first guests. Don’t forget to join the conversation on Twitter with the hashtag #NewFantasyland.

Are other princesses (such as Tiana, my daughter’s favorite) still going to be available around the park.
As one of the Kings subjects, I for one am highly anticipating, with utmost excitement, my upcoming visit to Princess Fairytale Hall! Using Fastpass+ to see Rapunzel and her visiting princess, followed by dinner at Cinderella’s Royal Table sounds like a most magical evening.
Oh my daughter is going to love this, coupled with the magic of Christmas. We were even able to get a reservation for Cinderella’s Royal Table.
Now that the princesses are greeting in Fairytale Hall is there anyone else meeting on main st where Mickey is?
Mickey is continuing his meet and greet in Town Square Theater.
As suggested, I checked the My Disney Experience app to see who the guest princesses are today. The app tells me that Cinderella and Rapunzel are there, but not who their guests are today. The guest princesses are going to be listed, aren’t they? We are looking forward to visiting Princess Fairytale Hall soon!
I hope we get to see some good videos and photos of the opening. I really love that FastPass is being offered. That makes it so much easier on a mom to plan a day in the parks. It takes SO MUCH stress off, knowing we can get that appointment to snap some photos and meet our favorite princesses. I remember when we had to hunt around and trust dumb luck that we’d see the characters we wanted to see. These meet and greets have made everything so much more enjoyable and now they have really come through for us by allowing us to plan our days with FastPass. I am loving it!
If you have a smartphone, don’t forget to try the My Disney Experience app on your next trip. That can really help you locate your fav characters.
My 24 year old daughter and I have fast passes for Sept 29th. We can’t wait!
Have a great time!
Wow! It looks wonderful.. I kind of wish I was a little girl at this point! lol!
I’m sure Princess fans will have a wonderful time there!
FastPasses for a character-meet site is a just plain GOOD idea. Usually they can’t, since most characters appear in outdoor spots, but when they do have an indoor building, with a queue line (like Tinkerbell in Adventureland), no reason it can’t have a shorter line.
(I remember the long, long lines to meet characters at the old Mickey’s County Fair building, and seems like that one had been set up without a clear idea of how busy that would be on crowded days.)
