Does it ever seem that when holidays or special occasions come up you have a hard time finding the right gift; one that will make your loved one’s eyes light up? Wouldn’t you feel good knowing that going into this holiday, you just may showcase the hero that you are?
As part of our “Celebrate 14 Days of Love” series, I want to help you sweep your loved one off their slippers. Think of me as your very own Dream Maker. So, here’s the scoop. On Monday, February 10, I will answer your Valentine’s Day gifting questions from 3 – 4 p.m. EST to help you create a memory whether on Disney property or at home.
To ask a question simply address your comment with “Dear Dream Maker,” I’ll know it’s a question for me and try to answer as many as possible. Be sure to include who you’re gifting, who their favorite Disney character is and why, and if you’re coming to the park or staying at home. Questions will be answered on a first come, first serve basis. In fact, you can start asking them now.
For those who are ready to create a memory, feel free to visit our east and west coast websites or speak with a friendly Dream Maker at Walt Disney World Floral and Gifts (407-WDW-GIFT) or Disneyland Floral and Gifts (714-781-GIFT).
And, make sure to stay tuned to our next story tomorrow that will feature a proposal idea that just may make their eyes sparkle more than the diamonds!

Thanks for the suggestion!
Dear Dream Maker,
I am thinking about a “monthiversary” gift for my husband when we visit the park next.
He likes Donald Duck because they are kindred spirits- he can be a little bit cranky, but he’s really the sweetest at heart.
What type of gifts or experiences would you recommend when you are surprising your special guy?
Thanks!
Hi Kristina:
Good question. Here’s an idea… what if you created a multi-day experience while here on property. For example, you could create surprise gifts for each day of the week that reflect the essence of why he’s so special to you and have them delivered each night to your room. For example, a Donald Duck balloon bouquet with your favorite bubbly and glasses one night to reflect how he “lifts your spirits”… The next night, perhaps some fun treats to indulge in together to showcase his “sweet” heart. These are just ideas to get you started. I’ve found when you extend the celebration, it creates a greater impact too.
