Maleficent Drops By Magic Kingdom Park

As darkness fell over the “Kingdom” tonight, Maleficent made a surprise appearance in Fantasyland to greet a few lucky guests. Until beauty sleeps, there is no rest for the wicked!

  • She bears a striking resemblance to Angelina. And she’s very good at playing the part.
    And Nicole…the next time Disney releases Sleeping Beauty from the Vault, it’ll be a sure bet that you’ll see a Green-faced Maleficent in the parks to promote it.

  • Yes, it is supposed to be promoting Jolie-ficent. (Rather like when the live-action 101 Dalmatians came out, and we had both the animated and Glenn Close versions of Cruella DeVille at the parks.)
    Come to mention it, was the animated Maleficent out that night as well with the villains, or was she “green” with envy? 😉

  • Danielle I would have to disagree with ya. I would have to say she looks Fantasmic!!! Yes I agree with Valerie Maleficent from the new movie coming out.
