I LOVE that you are sharing the recipes from the Disney Cruise Lines!!!! Can I request the Chicken Parmesan with Risotto? My mother and I had it on the Wonder’s Panama Canal Cruise at Palo’s brunch 2 months ago and both thought it was the most amazing meal ever. I would like to surprise her and make it. 🙂
