This week’s “Disney Parks After Dark” image was shot by photographer Tom Bricker in New Fantasyland at Magic Kingdom Park.

I love the interesting angle he took on this shot, which shows the intricately sculpted detail of the Fantasyland wall, plus the light and color of the carousel and Cinderella Castle in the background. Such a pretty sight!

  • Fantasyland has a wonderful new life awaiting with the birth of Disney Parks After Dark. A new perspective on an nostalgic landscape. I am excited to see this new venture and look forward to the view behind the lens! It really shows the wonder that is Disney!

  • I love Tom’s work as much as the next guy … but their are several great other great shooters with very creative styles and unique takes on the parks, it might be time to take another look for some fresh perspective … and Jim is right, that’s the Princess Fairytale Hall … not the Carousel.

  • james’ wife here – one would think after all our visits and my paying attention to detail that I would’ve notice the adorable squirrels and bunnies! thanks for the photo – reminds me to slow it down next time! 🙂

  • I think that Princess Fairytale Hall, not the Carousel.
