There’s nothing unusual about getting some rain this time of year at Walt Disney World Resort. But the double-rainbow that appeared after a recent storm at Magic Kingdom Park was anything but ordinary. Cast member Brian Hicks captured a series of beautiful shots and we wanted to share them with Disney Parks Blog readers.

It had nothing to do with Walt Disney World – they appeared after a storm, just like they do everywhere. Mother Nature is the one who did it – not the Magic Kingdom….Hope it happens again!
Gods promise never to flood the earth again. AMAZING!! What a Beauty over the castle!! Kudos to the photographer!! 🙂
we saw the end of the rainbow in the epcot parking lot and it ended on a suv it was the frist time i ever saw the end
My wife were just there for our 15 year anniversary and saw the same double rainbow from the Boardwalk!
I am new to this but all of this, but the FastPasses for the Double Rainbow seem to be gone already for this double rainbow. Is there a trick to getting one? Do I have to be up at Midnight 180/90/60 days prior to make sure I get one. How long will the wait be without a FastPass and/or where do I need to sit 1 hour in advance to be able to see it and take the best pictures of it? The My Disney Experience app isn’t helping at all with this!!!
I agree with Bradley. We’ll be there again in November and would love to see the double rainbow too – I missed it last time!
Beautiful!! But I think some pesky pirates ran off with the pot of gold!
Double rainbow means twice the luck! So much magic happens in Disney everyday.
My comment is directed at Bradley’s comment…….HA!!!!!
So intense!
I really hope you guys keep this attraction around! My family is coming in October, would be real disappointed if the rainbow was removed! 🙁
It’s almost a triple rainbow
BEAUTIFUL! But what does it mean?!?
