Only a few more days until Halloween! You have your costume ready?
If not, that’s ok!
You still have plenty of time left to show off your Halloween Disney Side by uploading family photos of Halloween home decor, food and drinks, carved pumpkins and costumes themed to Disney Parks attractions at DisneySideContest.com. Each photo uploaded enters you for a chance to win that grand prize of a private “Midnight at the Haunted Mansion” party for you and three guests with a spooky overnight stay in Cinderella Castle.
This week’s post is all about costumes.
We sent Disney Parks Blog author, Steven Miller over to the Creative Costuming “lab” at Disney’s Hollywood Studios to get some tips from Disney Costuming’s Glen Howard. (Steven showed his Disney Side this year with a magnificent costume inspired by the Epcot Millennium Celebration’s Tapestry of Nations parade.
Let’s take a look at what Steven and Glen cooked up.
Wow. I should get going on my costume.
And you should check out DisneySideContest.com to enter for a chance to win some eerie, scary prizes, including that private “Midnight at the Haunted Mansion” party for you and three guests with a spooky overnight stay in Cinderella Castle.
You can “Haunt Your Disney Side” all the way through Nov. 4!

Hi, I’ve been having the same problem, I know for a fact that I sent in my pictures a day or 2 before the deadline. I have constantly checked the official website and the twitter to see if my pictures were uploaded. But they still aren’t and the contest wont allow anymore uploads. Are my pictures still in the contest? I read the rules and conditions many times to make sure my photos met the qualifications and i’m just concerned that they will not be judged. Please if anyone knows why this is, contact me!
I uploaded my picture for the Disney Side Contest via the web page 2 days ago, and its still not uploaded. Yet I am seeing Instagram pics that were uploaded 10 hours ago already on the Disney Side Contest Web page. Should I send my picture through Instagram?
Oh one more questions! With so many entries how do the judges filter through everything to pick a winner?
Who are the judges for the contest?
