Haunted Mansion Attraction Poster T-Shirts Coming to Disney Parks Online Store October 6-12, 2014

The Disney Parks online store continues its attraction poster T-shirt series this month with a salute to the Haunted Mansion. These Hanes Beefy-T shirts will be sold online from October 6-12, 2014. I did some digging to learn more about the original designs that inspired Disney Design Group Artist Richard Terpstra when creating these two shirts.

The original poster for the Disneyland park attraction was created in 1969 by Ken Chapman and Marc Davis.

In 1971, artist George Jensen adapted the original Disneyland poster for the Walt Disney World Resort attraction poster.

To order the shirts, visit http://www.DisneyStore.com/ParkEvents starting October 6. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. There will also be a special promotion offering two shirts for $40.00 (plus tax). The shirts are normally $24.95 each.

  • I’m so sad I missed this blog post.I always check website every couple days. This went on sale only a few weeks after the Submarines so I didnt see it. Usually when my last one ships the new one is avaliable to order. Ive got every Disneyland one since January. I know its a limited run but any chance of ordering one still.

  • Hey there! I saw the new Haunted Mansion resin sign became available to purchase this week in the Disney Store online. Tonight, I went to order one and can’t seem to find it anywhere. They haven’t already sold out yet, right? I certainly hope not. How can I get one?

    • @Ryan – There was a limited quantity of signs available on the online store on Monday. Unfortunately, they have since sold out. At this time, I don’t have an ETA as to when they would return to the online store. The only other option right now is to visit Disney Parks as the sign is not available via our Merchandise Guest Services team. I’m sorry I don’t have better news. I can say the sign is not limited edition which means that we plan to carry it for awhile.

  • Is there any chance the attraction posters will be available as actual posters?

  • The Disneyland shirt is really cool. Since this is my favorite attraction, count me as one excited shopper come Monday!

  • Hi Steven, when will the Dooney & Burke Haunted Mansion purse be available? At the park?

  • Is the poster book available in person anywhere or only online right now? I want to purchase it, but i’d rather avoid the shipping fees if possible 🙂 Thanks!

    • @Sophia – Yes, the book is carried in a few locations at Disney Parks. You may also find it a select book retailers in the US.

  • Do you know when any HM items from Memento Mori will be available online?

    Also, would you please let me know the sku for the PWP fleece blankets for Disney World and Disneyland? It looks like at least Disney World’s was just released this week! 🙂

  • what sizes does the shirt come in?

    • @Eric – I believe the shirts will be offered in a range of sizes from small to 2-XL.

  • Too bad we can’t expedite the shipping on this. Would love to wear this when I’m at Disneyland in early November!
