Now that I’ve shared recipes for two of our guest-favorite holiday cocktails, our Poinse-tini and Christmas Cookie, I want to give you a taste of the specialty coffees we are serving during our Very Merrytime Cruises. Whether you’re hosting breakfast, dinner or a gathering anytime in between, these coffees are sure to be a hit at your holiday party. Caramel Pecan Chai
Oregon Chai, caramel pecan syrup and steamed milk.
Paddy Mint Mocha
Espresso, peppermint, chocolate sauce and steamed milk.
Egg Nog Mocha
Espresso, egg nog syrup, chocolate sauce and steamed milk.

Doing a bit of catching up on previous posts and these coffees look scrumptious. I’d love to let you know my favorite but like Kristen and Russell above — I’m afraid that I don’t see the recipes either. Can you please share them with us? Thank you!
Can you give the actual recipes (measurements, as requested above)? Both look great…but carefully made!
What are the measurements for the drinks?
I had the Paddy Mint Mocha and my wife had the Caramel Pecan Chai both were fantastic and we both had seconds on another day aboard the Fantasy.
