Dates for Magic Kingdom Park Special Events, Tickets on Sale in April

Planners take note!

Two of the biggest questions we get on the Disney Parks Blog around this time of year is “WHEN are the dates for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party?”

Well, wait no longer!

This year, our Magic Kingdom Park Halloween event will be held 25 nights throughout the months of September, October and November; and our signature Holidays event at the Magic Kingdom Park will be 20 nights in November and December.

Dates for 2015 Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party are:

  • September 15, 18, 20, 22, 25, 27
  • October 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 9, 12, 13, 15, 16, 18, 20, 22, 23, 25, 27, 29, 31
  • November 1

Dates for 2015 Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party are:

  • November 8, 10, 12, 13, 15, 17, 19, 20, 29
  • December 1, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 11, 13, 15, 17, 18

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party are specially-ticketed events where the Magic Kingdom comes alive with decorations, special entertainment and tons of fun!

Tickets for both events will go on sale in April.

  • I also planned my vacation around early Halloween Party dates so that my kids wouldn’t miss the start of the school year. (9/1 to 9/10) Adding more dates, if possible, would be great. 🙂

  • i was wondering if they will be adding any dates to mickey not so scary halloween party for the first week in september…if not i was wondering why they have one for november 1 and halloween is over then….i have book my trip on the 2014 dates last year ….they had party during the labor day weekend …so now we are going to miss the party because of the later dates in september

  • So sad to see the updated park hours today. We were still hoping Disney might listen to all the folks who want to go to a party in the first half of September.

  • Count me in as another WDW guest who is incredibly disappointed there are no early September parties. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that early parties – especially for Sept. 7 when we’ll be there – will be added!

  • Still hoping for a September 4th party date 🙁 Our first trip and of course we want to meet the villains but the only way to meet most of them with the seven dwarfs is at the MNSSHP! Hopefully we will know soon if they are adding any additional dates since tickets go on sale in April!

  • So disappointed. I have been hoping and planning on going to MNSSHP for my upcoming Sept. trip and now they are not having any shows at the beginning of the month! The first event is on the day we leave…. Have been looking forward to it for the last six years 🙁

  • So disappointed. Was hoping to attend MVMCP on Friday 11/6 along with several other people Im traveling with. Hoping they will add either a Friday or Saturday date. Does anyone know if they’ve ever added dates?

  • I’m in agreement with so many others, Please! Please! Please! Disney open some early September dates for the MNSSHP!… like 9/1. I think I’m more upset than the kids 🙁

  • Wow I was actually planning on going Labor Day week but I had change my dates. So happy I had too, this way we won’t miss the Halloween party. I love Christmas time at Disney, but the Halloween party is now my favorite.

  • Count me in as another that had a trip booked around Labor day and was expecting a 4th or 7th date due to the 7pm closing time 🙁
