Just after the start of the year, I shared with you some of the ways a Disney cruise vacation is a solution to your New Year’s resolutions.   • The Castaway Cay 5K is absolutely Fit-Tastic! I also enjoy the jogging track on Deck 4. On the Disney Fantasy and Disney Dream just eight laps around equal 3 miles (or a 5K). It’s a fabulous way to exercise while enjoying the sea breeze and incredibly majestic ocean views.
