Guests of Disney’s Hollywood Studios will want to “take five” at Studio Catering Company to check out the tasty new menu.

The first new entrée is a braised pulled brisket sandwich with Munster cheese, arugula, and a creamy horseradish. If you are looking for a hearty sandwich to keep you full between takes (or attractions), try the Deli Sandwich with ham, salami, pepperoni, Provolone cheese, creamy pesto spread, pepper relish and Balsamic glaze.

Guests looking for lighter fare will love the vegetable wrap with garlic herb spread. My favorite of the new entrees? The Panini with turkey, Swiss, Provolone and honey mustard with tomato basil soup.
There are also two new sides available, in addition to French fries and apple slices, guests will also have the choice of house-made chips and tomato basil soup.
These entrees join other new menu items throughout Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Min and Bill’s Dockside Diner recently added gourmet macaroni and cheese—one featuring buffalo chicken and crumbled blue cheese and the other featuring barbecued pulled pork and crispy onions to the menu. The barbecued pulled pork wedge salad with bacon, roasted corn tomato salsa, crispy tortilla strips, cheddar, and jalapeño ranch dressing at Fairfax Fare is also not to be missed.
That’s a wrap!

Do you know if the vegetable wrap will be vegan or have the ability to be vegan with omitted ingredients?
Hi Andrea! The veggie wrap can be made vegan by asking for the provolone cheese and herb spread to be omitted. 🙂
Our family will be spending a lot of time (every weekend) at Hollywood Studios for Star Wars Weekends, can you tell me please if they have a gluten free menu and what other food serving vendors have a large gluten free menu? Since Star Wars Weekends is for 5 weeks we will need a bit of a range of choices is this possible please?
Our restaurants are very allergy friendly! Every quick service restaurant in Disney’s Hollywood Studios is able to accommodate a gluten-free diet, make sure you inform the cast member taking your order, and they will be able to assist you. Our table service restaurants are also able to accommodate. Personally, I’m a huge fan of the gluten-free pasta at Mama Melrose’s Ristorante Italiano.
Really need more vegetarian options :\ For example with the gourmet mac and cheese… why isn’t there an option that doesn’t have meat? Have found the options very limited in most of the parks/restaurants :\
Do you have the nutritional information for the panini and the vegetable wrap?
In terms of the gluten-free comment/question, just be aware that as of last weekend, there are no gluten-free breakfast options beyond fruit or beverages. (I found out the hard way.)
Fairefax Faire used to have a gluten-free breakfast sandwich, they are no longer open for breakfast now that the Trolley Car Cafe is open. However, Trolley Car Cafe gets their breakfast sandwiches pre-assembled, and all contain gluten and aren’t available gluten-free.
So if you’re looking for a gluten-free breakfast, no counter service in Hollywood Studios can currently accommodate more than fruit or other ‘snacks.’ Unless this changes soon, you’re better off eating breakfast beforehand, or coming prepared with your own.
Lunch and dinner offerings are good for those on a gluten-free dietary restriction, it’s just breakfast at Hollywood Studios that’s less than ideal.
Hi Jennifer, I have shared this feedback with the culinary team at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Thank you!
Can you get the gourmet mac and cheese without the bleu cheese crumble?
