Starting on May 22, Disneyland Diamond Cupcakes will be available at Jolly Holiday Bakery Café – a lemon-flavored cupcake representing the Victorian-era theme of Main Street, U.S.A. The Disney California Adventure Diamond Cupcake will be available at Fiddler, Fifer & Practical Café, featuring orange cake that represents the 1930s theme of Buena Vista Street.

Specialty drinks are also in the works to celebrate the milestone anniversary. My favorite? The Frozen Pomegranate Silver Sparkler from Jolly Holiday Bakery Café. Other delicious drinks include a special Lucky Fortune Tea featuring mango and red passion fruit at the Lucky Fortune Cookery, Wild Raspberry Rapids Frozen Lemonade from White Water Snacks, Enchanted Cherry Apple Frozen Lemonade from Troubadour Tavern, Honey Bee Frozen Lemonade from Hungry Bear Restaurant and more!

While we’ve already given you a taste of some of the new souvenir sippers and popcorn buckets to come, later this summer look for brand-new sippers that will allow guests to partake in the immersive Made with Magic experience in a whole new way. Make a splash with the “World of Color” sipper at Disney California Adventure park, or show your Disney Villain Side with a Chernabog sipper at “Fantasmic!” in Disneyland park.

I think you will agree that our teams have created offerings to delight all of the senses throughout the Disneyland Resort Diamond Celebration. Continue checking the Disney Parks Blog for more details and join the conversation with the hashtag #Disneyland60.

  • I cant wait!!! Seeing all the new stuff is getting me super excited for this celebration!

    • I’m excited too! 🙂

  • Are they planning to have any gluten free desserts? Certainly hope so, I don’t want to watch my sons enjoy those cupcakes without me.

  • I need to get one of each drink. Will we be able to get it without the Diamond sparkles?

  • Yes, please have some special gluten-free treats too! I would certainly get at least one!

  • when do popcorn buckets come out?

    • When the Disneyland Diamond Celebration kicks off May 22!

  • YUMM-O!!!

  • Hi Rachel, I know it’s a long shot but just wondering if there’s any chance that the BBQ’d pork shanks (sold at the little Edelweiss hut next to the Matterhorn in Disneyland) will be returning any time soon? We’ve missed these so much the last couple of times we were there. Thanks!

  • We have three of us that need gluten free. Some special celebration treats we can eat would be great. We would also love dairy free versions of those splendid drinks please.

  • Sounds great!! We’ll be there in August. But going to WDW first, at the end of May. A great Disney summer is ahead.

    • That sounds like the Coolest Summer Ever! 😉

  • I was born on July 17th 1955 and was wondering if Disney was having any special offerings for those born on the day Disneyland opened. I am planning on visiting on my 60th Birthday.

  • I second Keith’s comment & question above about the pork shanks… we were so sad when they mysteriously went away 🙁
