This week’s Learn to Draw animation tutorial series continues with a lesson on how to create your own Sorcerer Mickey. This version of the mouse made his on-screen debut in the 1940 film “Fantasia,” which went on to win two Academy Awards. Grab a piece of paper and a pencil and get ready for step-by-step instructions from Don Shane of the Animation Academy at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

  • Thank you for posting these! Sketching Disney characters is my favorite way to de-stress at the end of the day. My little 3 year old even tries them.

  • I love these!!! Hoping one day you guys post some of my favorite characters like the Cheshire Cat, Dumbo, and maybe some princesses! (Other than Anna, I think it’d be fun to draw Merida’s hair!)
