I absolutely love Jim Shore’s Disney Traditions! I am a collector, and I’m so excited that there is a special princess Aurora Disneyland 60th celebration one. I know it released today, but do you know if this figurine will be available on the Disney Store website or Jim Shore’s website ? Or is it exclusive to the Disney parks stores? I’d do anything to get my hands on it but I’d much rather be able to easily buy it from a direct sales website at face value instead of a seller site for twice as much. Please let me know 🙂
I was wondering if the Shag event is sold out or is it first come first served? Also is there a price list of what will be available?
Hi,
I was wondering if the “A Celebration of New Magic and Fond Memories” book will be available online or will it only be available at the park?
Thank You!
Is it possible to find out about the release of the decade items. I have purchased the dated 1955 to 1964 items and am wondering when the next set – 1965 – 1974 will be released. Thank you.
Could you please double check the date for Jim Shore? This blog entry was posted June 30, but it says he’ll be there June 25. Was that supposed to read July 25? The same date is listed for artist SHAG’s appearance.
Thank you 🙂
Hi Michelle,
When will the HARVEYS poster art wallets that you gave us a sneak peek of a while back going to be released?
Hi Eileen! If you are looking for some of the Dooney & Bourke styles previously released in May, there are a few different silhouettes that are out. When they are available they can typically be found at Disney Clothiers, Fortuosity Shop, Elias & Co., World of Disney Store and sometimes Disney Vault 28.
Where in the park are (or will be) the Dooney & Bourke bags sold? I have a friend that has looked all over for them and can’t locate them anywhere/ Thanks!
Is there anyway to find out if there will be a figment event this year.
No news on any Figment event Brian, but if I hear differently I will certainly update you.
@ Crystal – There is a World of Disney at DLR’s Downtown Disney as well as Walt Disney World.
Thanks for jumping in Jodi, you are correct!
Could I please get the SKU for Shag’s *50th* Anniversary Adventureland deluxe print available that weekend? (I’d take the SKU for “A Perilous Adventure” as well, if you have that yet.)
I am also anxious to see what will be available 7/17/15.
Hi Jonathan! I’m working on getting the information. As soon as I have it I will update this comment.
Here’s a quick update on a few of the pieces:
Disneyland 50th Anniversary Map by SHAG – Deluxe Print – 400008695138
Adventureland Deluxe Print – 400008695121
A Perilous Adventure – 400009823479
I hope that will help.
Can you please verify the Jim Shore Autograph Sessions … seems a bit odd he would be at 2 different theme parks on opposite coasts on the same day?
I would like to attend but would not be happy if I went to WDW to meet him and he was not there.
June 25: Meet Disney Traditions artist Jim Shore who will be on hand for the release and signing of his latest release themed to Princess Aurora. Jim Shore will appear from 9–11 a.m. at China Closet in Disneyland park and 3–5 p.m. at World of Disney in the Downtown Disney District.
Crystal, as Jodi mentioned below. The first signing with Jim Shore will take place in China Closet at Disneyland park. The second signing will take place in our World of Disney store location in the Downtown Disney District at the Disneyland Resort. I hope that helps.
Any info you can share on the Mulan piece pictured? Don’t see that work in any of the pages referenced by the ‘Learn more here’ links. Thank you!
Hi Ricky! The Mulan piece is just one of a few being released by artist Whitney Pollett at WonderGround Gallery in the Downtown Disney District at the Disneyland Resort. Here’s the specific link to that event page. http://disneyparksmerchandise.com/events/wonderground-gallery-artist-showcase-3/?instance_id=
Whitney will appear at WonderGround Gallery from 11a.m. – 1p.m. on July 18th. You will most likely find the Mulan image on items including a deluxe print, giclee, etc.
Some great events coming up! Is there going to be any special merchandise released on Disneyland’s Birthday July 17?
Hi Christine! I will have some details available soon on what you can expect to find the week of July 17th, so keep watching.
