With the Fourth of July holiday right around the corner at Disney Parks, I recently found a few items to help guests show their patriotic Disney Side.
Our newest retail MagicBand features Mickey Mouse standing in front of an American flag. This limited release item has a retail of $27.99 and can be found in select merchandise locations throughout Walt Disney World Resort.
I adore the Fourth of July limited edition pin with Carl and Ellie from Disney•Pixar’s “Up.” This pin has an edition size of 3,500 and will be released at Disneyland and Walt Disney World Resorts. I also like the new, open edition Minnie Mouse bow decorated in red, white and blue.
The Graphic Apparel team introduced shirts including a tank top along with short and long sleeved options. These designs will be similar in both California and Florida with the only differences being the name of the Disney Resort destination.

Finally, guests visiting Heritage Manor Gifts in World Showcase at Epcot will find some unique Americana items including shirts. The location also carries USA Charm Bracelets by Alex and Ani in both gold and silver.
Happy Independence Day!

Steven,
Can you still purchase the Americana retail Magic Band that features Mickey Mouse standing in front of an American flag or the Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom. If so where do we go to purchase them? I checked at the Disney Store but I have not found them yet. Thanks.
Rana, the pin you are describing is the five-legged goat from the beautiful mosaic mural at Disney’s Contemporary Resort designed by Disney Legend Mary Blair. Mary is also the artist behind much of “it’s a small world.” And she designed the goat with five legs so people would ask, “Why does the goat have five legs?” It’s a much-beloved Walt Disney World icon. Look for it the next time you are visiting the Contemporary!
Hello,
This might be irrelevant to ask here, but will ask anyways. 🙂
We were at disney last week and my daughter loved pin trading and has been searching for an aries pin. Couldnt find it, but she found a blue 2009 hidden mickey bull/ram. Not sure what it is. First of all, do you know what animal it is? And why does it have 5 feet? Just very curious about it.
She also traded for a minnie mouse cheerleader pin, and after we came back home she realized one pom pom was missing. Do you know if there is a way to exchange it with one with both pompoms on?
Thank you 🙂
James’ wife here – Steve, Will the Minnie Bow be available online ever? I have a penchant for bows! Thanks, always enjoy your blogs and the fun items you preview!
<3WDW!
Can this usa magic band be purchased over the phone?
Any chance you can revisit the blog article re hidden mickey pins for 2015 and address various questions posted?
Is there anyway to find out if there will be a figment event this year.
i called merchandise and they won’t sell me the magic band over the phone. how else can i get this?? 🙁 if i send a friend who lives in FL to downtown disney will they have it??
Will the pins be available after the 4th for at least a couple of weeks? We’ll be there afterwards, so want to make sure I can still get the “Up” pin and the Minnie Bow. Thanks for sharing the merchandise, I always look forward to your posts 🙂
I am not seeing any gluten-free options… will there be choices there for vegans?
Hi Steven! I think the Mickey Mouse American Flag magicband is an EXCELLENT way to show ones patriotic side!! Please provide a SKU number so that I may order 2 (one for my husband who is prior military and one for myself!) And as always, Thanks for showing us the latest merchandise! Keep up the good work!!!
Thank You,
Your Las Vegas Friend, Andrea
Will they have the 4th of July themed Minnie Mouse sequin ear headbands this year?
@Patty – I checked our merchandising system and did not find a specific July 4th headband. There are other Minnie Mouse sequin headbands but not one that is red, white and blue.
