Zuri’s Sweets Shop recently opened its doors in Harambe Market at Disney’s Animal Kingdom to showcase a bevy of new animal-inspired treats.

The location features 80 new items, including decorative candy apples, uniquely flavored chocolate bars, African-spiced popcorn, animal-shaped lollipops, animal crackers, chocolate mini crocodiles and other treats. Zuri’s Sweets Shop will also offer African spice rubs, a gourmet cocoa set and Flame Tree Barbeque sauce.

Which item are you most excited to try? Tell us in the comments section below.

  • I’m with Kaitlyn and Pamela are any of these yummy looking cakes or cookies going to be gluten free?

  • They look wonderful! I do hope they will soon bring gluten free and dairy free treats to Florida and Anaheim. We cannot go into any of the treat shops as my son can’t have dairy or gluten.

  • Yum!

  • Any chance they will offer gluten and dairy free treats?

  • My nine year old son did a school project on South Africa and is totally in love with that country. We’ll be at WDW in August and spending one day at AK. Do you know if there are any (kid-friendly) treats or other elements at Zuri’s or AK specific to South Africa? Thanks for the great blogs! Love reading them!

  • Stopped by the shop this weekend. It’d be amazing if they can add some gluten free offerings to the shop. Very disappointed that there was absolutely nothing.

  • Oh, I love those seahorse shaped cookies!
