Happy Holidays! (Deck the halls with boughs of …)

Wait! It’s not holiday time yet, is it?

While it may not be time to unwrap presents quite yet, it’s time to let you, our guests, start booking dinner packages for the 2015 Candlelight Processional at Epcot.

Right now, in fact!

Regular readers of the Disney Parks Blog know that I am a huge fan of the Candlelight Processional, part of Holidays Around the World at Epcot.

The dramatic re-telling of the Christmas story with celebrity narrators like Neil Patrick Harris and Whoopi Goldberg; the spectacular mass choir singing traditional and contemporary Christmas songs; the swelling sounds of the Walt Disney World orchestra — I love it all.

This year’s event runs nightly at The America Gardens Theater at Epcot from November 27 to December 30.

We also have a sneak peek at some of our narrators from this year. Here’s the list so far: (Entertainment and times subject to change)

  • Any news on who the narrators will be for the TBD dates?

  • I am looking for information on:

Who is media relations at DLR now?

Is there a link for the 2015 DLR Candlelight Processional?

I have covered the event a couple of times in recent years, and am looking forward to being there during the Diamond Celebration.

    Thank you!

  • Charles….any update on when the rest of the narrators will be announced?

  • Are there certain restaurants that have a better view?

  • Still waiting on updated narrator list so that I can release some meals.

  • Where is list for Disneyland?

  • What are the chances celebrity will be changed?

  • Are there any updates to the Narrator list yet? I’m there Nov. 27-Dec. 7 and want to know who is up first!!!

  • When will the rest of the celebrities be announced? I will be in Disney Dec. 15-21st and want to know who I will get to see!!!

  • When can we expect the TBD narrators to be finalized?

  • I am looking for the Candlelight Processional dates for Disneyland (not Disney World). Where can I find this information?

  • Does this year’s CP dining package also include special viewinging area for the Illuminations fireworks? I read many sites that say yes but 1 site says it’s no longer a part as of last year. And certainly this is not mentioned under the package during booking.

  • this is great for Florida but the original park seems to have this dwindling away and no extras added either. Please bring it back as a regular function to where it started. This is a highlight of visiting the Disneyland park during the holidays.

  • Who will be the readers at the Candlelight Program at Disneyland in Anaheim this year?

  • finally after 6 tries got on the site and have reservations for dec 23 YAHOO

  • How great for WDW to get Christmas information while Disneyland is still in the dark about Halloween! Please, please, powers that be at Disneyland, release Halloween information so people can plan their trips. Letting out the Halloween party times are needed and should be released when WDW releases their dates.

While you are at it, do the same with the calendar. Let us see more than 5 or 6 weeks out so we can plan vacations. We know there is a strong local base, and many locals I have spoken with said it would be nice to have that information available!

  • Aww, come on. You’re going to announce Candlelight Processional dates before telling us when Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort will begin? I’m dying here! (But yay Christmas!)

  • What times for lunch and dinner correspond to each of the evening show times?

    • Guests have the option of booking a dining reservation at any time throughout the day and choosing the time of show they would like to attend as long as their dining reservation begins a minimum of 2.5 hours prior to the start of their show time. Example: Guest can book a 12:30 p.m. lunch and attend the 8:15 p.m. show.

  • The link it’s not working. 🙁
