D23 EXPO 2015 Brings New Collections from ALEX AND ANI

If you’re a fan of ALEX AND ANI and you’re attending D23 EXPO 2015, August 14–16 at the Anaheim Convention Center, the Disney Dream Store is the place to be. Here’s your first look at the new collection from ALEX AND ANI that will make its debut during this year’s D23 EXPO. Up first is the Rafaelian Silver finish Celebrate Wrap created in commemoration of the Disneyland Resort Diamond Celebration. Featuring the word “Celebrate” in an elegant script, this magical piece is accented with metal and blue glass beads.

Some of you may remember the Mickey Filigree line from D23 EXPO 2013 when it made its debut. I know I do! I still recall learning the details on how each product is manufactured in the USA from recycled materials and, of course, comes with the accompanying Mickey Mouse icon tag. They say the magic of the Mickey Filigree Wrap is in the design, and I agree. You can choose a subtle approach with a whimsical piece accented in metal beads or add a little color with the Mickey Filigree Beaded Wrap accented in metal and pink beads. Either option will no doubt bring endless joy. Look for both of these styles in Rafaelian Gold and Rafaelian Silver finishes.

Now, the Mickey Filigree Gypsy Wrap is bound to become an instant classic. Made entirely of Mickey Filigree beads, this piece not only reminds you to believe in your dreams, but allows you to show your love for Mickey Mouse while wearing your heart on your sleeve. This style will be available in both Rafaelian Gold and Rafaelian Silver finishes.

    • Hi Shannon! Sorry for the delay in letting you know this, but starting Monday, Sept.7 the Mickey Filigree wraps (second photo) will be available at locations at the Disneyland and Walt Disney World Resorts. Expect releases for the other wraps through the course of the month as well.

  • Two questions: will they be at the DLR? And how much will they be?

    • Karina, the prices actually vary. Unfortunately I don’t have the final list of retails available right now. If you are unable to make it to D23 Expo 2015, you will most likely find the collection in Disney Theme Parks in early Fall.

      UPDATE: Karina, great news! The Mickey Filigree Wrap (Second photo) will be in theme parks on Sept. 7. Look for additional releases of other Mickey Filigree beaded wraps and more throughout the month.

    • Hi Catherine! We’re so excited to have The Freeman Family back with us at D23 Expo 2015. I know they will have a lot of great pieces from their Disney Dream Collection on hand.

  • I love all 3 of the Mickey Filigree bracelets. Will they be available at WDW and/or the online store? I really want one of each of them but won’t be able to attend D23. Oh, please tell me the will be at WDW!!!

      Update: Shannon, the Mickey Filigree wraps should be available in the Fall at Walt Disney World.

  • Hi Michelle! this will be my first expo that I am attending. Do you know if we will be eligible for our Premium Pass discounts on Merchandise? If not, do you know if the Gold D23 cards will earn us a discount? Thanks in advance!

    • Hi Liz! Typically Disneyland Resort Annual Passholder discounts will apply on purchases at the Disney Dream Store, so you should be in good shape.
