Disney pin fans, if you have been collecting the Diamond Decades pins at the Disneyland Resort, be sure to mark your calendars for these next releases. On August 6, add to your collection with Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage, Haunted Mansion and “it’s a small world.”
On August 13, look for additional pin releases from the Diamond Decades series including Matterhorn Bobsleds, Disneyland Monorail and Disneyland Railroad, Pirates of the Caribbean and Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room.
Finally, on August 20, be sure to pick up the Diamond Decades Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride-inspired pin.
Pins will be available to purchase on their release dates at the following locations:
- Disneyland park – Little Green Men Store Command
- Disney California Adventure park – Julius Katz & Sons
- Downtown Disney District – Disney’s Pin Traders
Wristband distribution guidelines will apply to these releases. Wristbands are distributed near Rainforest Café in the Downtown Disney District around 7 a.m. on the day of release, unless otherwise determined.

Hi Michelle! Can you tell me the Limited Edition sizes for the Mr. Toad ride pin and the Disneyland monorail/railroad pin? Also, are wristbands given out only in Downtown Disney for the Disney’s Pin Traders store, or are they given out at the other two stores in the parks as well? Thanks.
HI Lauren!
The Monorail/Train pin is limited to an edition size of 3,000. The Mr. Toad pin however is an edition size of 5,000. The wristbands should they be distributed for this release will be in Downtown Disney behind Rainforest Café.
Any new pins for WDW like this?
Hi Deborah! These pins are only available at the Disneyland Resort.
that Thunder Mountain pin looks so fun. I hope I can order it via Merchandise Guest Services… are all of these LE pins?
Hi Tyler! They are in fact all limited edition pins, which means they will not be available to order via merchandise guest services until approximately 30 days after their initial release.
They look great, but I don’t get why the Haunted Mansion has a Jolly Roger with a Santa hat on it. Was it supposed to show the Haunted Mansion Holiday? If so, wouldn’t Jack Skellington’s head (or just leave a skull off) have been a better choice?
@Scott @Alyxandria – The pin actually spins and features Zero and Haunted Mansion Holiday on the other side. As you can see from this particular side, the Hitchhiking Ghosts appear in front of the Haunted Mansion with no holiday overlay/décor.
You claim the pin is for Haunted Mansion, the Santa Hat and familiar HMH skull and crossbones prove else-wise.
Looks like the top two swivel around, do you know what’s on the other side of them? If the Haunted Mansion shows a holiday version on the other side that would be awesome! I probably won’t be able to get any of them but they are all very cool
Are these new pins available at Disneyland Paris? We will be there for Halloween and would love to add them to our collection.
Can any of these pins be purchased online?
Lauren, do you happen to have the edition quantities for the others not already mentioned in the thread? Thanks!
Oh gosh of course I meant Michelle. :-/ Sorry
Hello Michelle. Would you happen to know how long the Diamond Celebration will last? My family and would really like to plan another trip back. We had soooo much fun in July! Thank you in advance.
Hi Michelle!
Are wristbands required if purchasing at the stores in the parks?
Thanks!
How many more pins are in the Diamond Decades coming after August?
