Heather– Frozen is very popular with the general public. All of the Frozen content is due to public demand.
Frozen content is still being used in the parks for the same reason why The Lion King is still used in the parks.
Frozen is Disney Animation’s biggest hit since The Lion King. It received acclaim from both critics and audiences, won a Golden Globe, two Academy Awards, and is now the highest grossing animated film of all time. As such, there has definitely been a big *public demand* for Frozen merchandise and content.
Besides, the experience mentioned in this post is not mandatory.
Enough with the Frozen stuff. Time to move forward.
