Here we are in the full swing of summer. The kids are out of school, the sun is shining and we are all looking for ways to cool off, including Goofy! In this snap from 2000, Goofy is keeping cool by playing in the splash pads at Epcot. Ahhhh, that does look refreshing!

Wow. Is Goofy’s skin waterproof? I’m surprised that Goofy can cool off by the water and NOT get too soaked.
